Since our founding in 1993, we have recorder over a hundred thousands patient visits.

The polyclinic was founded and directed by MUDr Martin Jan Stransky, MD, FACP, who also holds a current appoitment as Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale University.

We provide care for children and adults, with emphasis on patient dialogue and on providing internationally proven standards of care.

In addition to preventive and urgent medical care we also provide contractual services to domestic and foreign companies.

  Protection of personal data in the Czech Republic As a member state of the European Union, the Czech Republic is obliged to respect the EU's unified legislation as per EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such Data (GDPR), effective from 25. 5. 2018. Compliance with the Regulation is monitored by the Office for Personal Data Protection, which can be contacted in case of a complaint, inquiry or uncertainty.  Why we collect data and what we use it for: We need your personal information because health services can only be provided to a specific person or entity. In this context, we collect: The provision of personal data is voluntary.  However, without the necessary data, health services can not be provided or accurately recorded.  For example, we use contact details, ie e-mail address and phone number to communicate more effectively with you and to set up your appointments here and outside of the Clinic. Your personal data will be processed only on your explicit consent.  You can withdraw your consent at any time. Updates, modifications and access to personal data: The above personal information is obtained when registering as a new client. We ask that you report any change regarding your data to our Reception or to us via email. Providing data to third parties: We guarantee that patient data will not be misused by us and used in accordance with applicable law. Third parties will only be given the data that they must have in order to provide you with health services that are directly related to them.  This applies to: Security of personal data: Your personal data are under physical, electronic and procedural control, and are secure against unauthorized access, change, destruction, loss, unauthorized transmission, and other misuse. All original documents are kept in the Clinic. Data in electronic form are stored in a patient database secured by an antivirus program and other protection systems. All persons who come into contact with personal data of patients as part of their work or contracted obligations are bound by a statutory or contractual duty of confidentiality. Your rights and the length of your personal data retention In accordance with valid legislation, you have the right to:

We keep your data for as long as we provide you with health services and for five years from the last record. After this deadline, we delete all personal identifiers (“pseudo anonymization”).  Any remaining information can be used legally for statistical purposes. Should you wish to transfer your care to another provider, you may request pseudo anonymization earlier.
